St. Valentines Day is known as a day for lovers, but it is not just for couples (although marketers would tell you different). Yes, if you have a special someone then by all means, enjoy conjuring up some romance (perhaps even spooning while cocooning), but the majority of the population is not coupled. If this is you, here is how you too can enjoy the sacred day of LOVE.
Introducing a 1-Day AntiGravity® Training Program for Personal Trainers. This special 1-day training from the creators of AntiGravity® Yoga & Fitness is specifically designed for Personal Trainers (PT) who care about the "Decompression Factor" to promote balance for their clients. In order to minimize injuries and shorten recovery time, a hard training session should be balanced with a decompression activity.
Before Women’s History Month is over, we are using this opportunity to honor the amazing women of our community! AntiGravity® Techniques are a methodology that empowers women through movement and AntiGravity® Fitness is an organization that is creating jobs for women all around the world.

Around the world we fly, we sweat, we laugh, play and we hang upside down in unison; we re-awaken and recalibrate. The techniques facilitate an opening up, of both the body and the mind; often leading to newfound awakenings.
AntiGravity women demonstrate their own strength as they master feats (that the men often struggle with.) They then they take their newfound power it into other aspects of their life.

I don’t tell you this to frighten you. I don’t tell this to deter you from visiting Istanbul, which is one of THE most beautiful cities in the world, with a rich blend of Europe, Asia and Middle-East. I tell you this because we MUST listen. We MUST pay attention. We MUST follow “that” voice that guides us.
“In the future I resolve to ...” , “From here on out I will …”, “I am no longer going to …”
These are all such powerful statements, and very important if you are to make changes in your life. However, there is a more powerful way to create a resolution, a way that is more successful: by affirming changes as they are already happening.
How? Simply with the words: “I am…” followed by a positive statement about a change you see already happening.
The reasoning behind this is when you put change into the context of the present, something shifts. The task is no longer something you know you have to do and are putting off. Instead, it becomes a part of you and is therefore much easier to nurture into a stronger state of being.
I AM so much better at time management this year!
I AM enjoying healthier eating habits today and every day!
I AM having a winning year when it comes to accomplishing my fitness goals!
I AM spending more time training my body to be active and my mind to be still.
Whatever your own Resolutions may be, put them firmly in the present moment with your words as if they are already happening, and then watch the change take place.
Meanwhile, in case you need another resolution (wink), consider resolving to “become more open” by hanging upside down for 5 minutes every day; opening up space in the body and mind and say, “I AM more open to see and experience all the beauty life has to offer.”
